MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge is deciding whether Michael Norton will stand trial on charges that he killed David Adams, his longtime friend, following a fight outside Norton’s home.
Norton’s attorney asked the judge to dismiss the case before trial. The judge did not rule on Norton’s request for pre-trial immunity Tuesday.
