Baldwin County, Ala. (WALA) – An Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) paving project on Highway 90 between Loxley and Malbis is causing traffic delays that officials say will continue for a few more weeks.
Crews started tearing up old asphalt more than a month ago along the five-and-a-half-mile stretch. Because Highway 90 is a two-lane highway, traffic has been cut to one lane through the work areas.
