MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – FOX10 Investigates has learned the Mobile Police Department has handed over the All Weather Roofing & Construction/ Window Depot USA of Mobile case to the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office.
Once prosecutors review the case, they will decide whether the business owners, Ward and Theresa Fendley, will face criminal charges.
All of this comes after a months-long FOX10 Investigation into All Weather Roofing & Construction LLC and Windows Depot USA of Mobile.
