MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Brookley by the Bay project is poised to take another step forward Tuesday.
The Mobile City Council is scheduled to discuss a consent resolution to accept a grant from the State of Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for what is termed the Brookley by the Bay Southern Activation Zone – Phase 1b project, with a money figure of $9,000,000.00.
