Honduran national found in Baldwin County after being deported five times

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — A Honduran national has been sentenced in federal court after being arrested in Baldwin County for being in the country illegally.

According to a Department of Justice news release, 37-year-old Nelson Felipe Miralda-Avila was stopped by Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office deputies for a traffic violation on Feb. 12.
