Video above: Neighbors shaken after deadly shooting at Mobile rental
MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The victim shot to death Monday morning on O’Donnell Street has been identified, according to the Mobile Police Department.
According to an MPD news release, 20-year-old Daniel Franklin was shot and killed at a home in the 1100 block of O’Donnell Street just before 2 a.m. Monday.

Three women and another man were injured in the shooting and taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. Those identities have not been released…
