MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – Heavy rainfall early Friday afternoon is causing flooding and hazardous driving conditions on roadways across parts of Mobile County.
Because of flooding on several streets, the City of Satsuma has placed barricades in affected areas, and some roads were closed.
