If you’re thinking about setting off fireworks of any kind in this Inland Empire city, be warned, officials have already begun evening patrols.
“Last night our Fire Prevention Bureau began evening patrols for illegal firework activity,” the Rancho Cucamonga Fire District posted Thursday morning. “We are watching you.”
Rancho Cucamonga is one of the majority of Inland Empire cities where all fireworks, including those labeled “Safe and Sane,” are illegal.
The much shorter list of cities where “Safe and Sane” fireworks are allowed is provided below:
- Adelanto
- Barstow
- Blythe
- Chino
- Coachella
- Colton
- Desert Hot Springs
- Fontana
- Grand Terrace
- Indio
- Needles
- Rialto
- San Bernardino
