The Tracy Police Department is asking for witnesses to come forward with information regarding a stabbing that left an 18-year-old dead in front of a Target at the West Valley Mall on June 26.
Andres Sauceda Garcia, of Tracy, was allegedly fatally stabbed by a 15-year-old boy outside of the Target store. Garcia’s mother alleged her son was killed by a neighbor. The name of the teen arrested by police was not made public.
Tracy police said investigators also seek to identify and speak to a woman who briefly interacted with responding officers before leaving the scene. Police said she may have information that could assist with the investigation…
