Stockton City Attorney Marci Arredondo is resigning less than five months after the City Council unanimously selected her to lead the city’s legal office, according to a document obtained by Stocktonia and confirmation from current and former city officials.
In the July 21 document addressed to the City Council, Arredondo said she had received another employment opportunity. Her last day will be Aug. 5.
