A 32-year-old Modesto man killed Saturday night while riding an electric bicycle has been identified by the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office.
Mark Allen Jenkins Jr. died after colliding with an SUV near Tully Road and Roseburg Avenue, according to the Modesto Police Department.
