An 83-year-old Delhi woman is dead and a 33-year-old Turlock man is under arrest after an alleged DUI head-on crash Thursday morning, the California Highway Patrol in Merced said.
The Merced Communication Center received reports of a head-on crash in Merced County at about 9:47 a.m., the CHP said in a news release.
