STOCKTON, Calif. — Some Stockton residents may notice changes in the smell, taste or appearance of their tap water this week after a seasonal shift in water sources, according to the California Water Service.
Cal Water said the City of Stockton and the utility were made aware that their wholesale water supplier recently made a seasonal source-water change that is affecting customers citywide.
