Woman charged after allegedly shooting into occupied car in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – Montgomery authorities have charged a woman with shooting into an occupied vehicle, according to documents from the Montgomery County District Court.

Tyla Kemil Foster-Nesbitt was arrested following an incident that happened on March 25 around 5 p.m.

Court documents accuse Foster-Nesbitt of using an ‘unknown type of firearm’ to shoot into a car while someone was inside.

She is currently being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $30,000 bond…
