A woman faces multiple charges after law enforcement said she was found with a drone and drugs outside a North Alabama prison.
Kaitlynn Leigh Danielle Watkins, 26, faces charges of drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and introduction of contraband into a facility via unmanned aircraft systems.
According to the Alabama Department of Corrections, K-9 units were patrolling around the north Alabama facility when officers observed a vehicle parked nearby. They observed a drone and contraband in the vehicle, ADOC said, and Watkins was detained. She is being held in the Limestone County Jail on $1 million bond…
