MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Murfreesboro man was convicted on rape and sexual battery charges following a week-long trial, according to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.
Johnny Franklin King, 44, was recently convicted by a Rutherford County jury of aggravated rape and two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
