BUCKHANNON, W.Va (WDTV) – A man has been arrested for stealing $412,000 from his elderly mother after tricking her into selling her Tennessee home and moving to Upshur County.
Bob Pavlovic, 54, has been charged with obtaining money by false pretenses and financial exploitation of an elderly person, according to West Virginia State Police.
