NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – When 23-year-old Isabella Forte saw a video on social media of a dog in Tennessee that had been literally tossed aside — and over a six-foot fence — she was shocked.
Not just because of the circumstances, but because of how familiar the animal looked.
“He looks identical to my dad’s first dog that he rescued,” she told WSMV4, saying her dad rescued his dog in college and that she knew as a baby. That dog, named Miles, died of cancer when Forte was 3 years old, but even today, is remembered as being her “dad’s very first best friend.”
