SMYRNA, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Town of Smyrna will soon be even more connected to neighboring communities after funding for a major transportation project was approved.
Town officials announced the Greater Nashville Regional Council Transportation Policy Board approved funding for the McEwen Drive/Rocky Ford Connector Project.
The project marks a “significant step forward” in securing a transportation connection the town has sought for years. It also positions the project to move into the next phase of planning and development.
