SMYRNA, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is working to determine what led to an “officer-involved use of force incident” in Smyrna Saturday afternoon.
According to a criminal justice professor at Middle Tennessee State University, Dr. Ben Stickle, such incidents are extremely rare.
