MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Rutherford County man will receive $90,000 from the county after being wrongfully arrested for DUI.
David Dutton, who was 76 years old at the time, was arrested in 2023 by a Rutherford County Sheriff’s deputy for DUI. His bloodwork later came back showing no alcohol or drugs in his system.
