Not only did the airport’s leadership team celebrate their completed terminal expansion project, but they also kicked off a brand new seasonal flight special with Contour Airlines.
Folks can now catch flights to Myrtle Beach and back right from RCMA for less than $70 one way. Airport manager Robert Runion told 59News this new seasonal flight is great for vacationers who want to save the stops at gas stations with how high prices are right now.
“A commercial air carrier brings that funding to you and if you get a certain amount of boardings, you get additional. So, really invest in the airport which also invests back to the community,” said Runion…
