CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) – At the Horry County Animal Care Center (HCACC), dozens of dogs are up for adoption, and Volunteers with Horry County Search and Rescue (HCSAR) are spending time working with the dogs to prepare them for their forever home.
A few months ago, Jefferey Anderson, who serves as the chief for HCSAR, was asked to help the shelter with one of their dogs.
“One of the employees here, we have a mutual friend, and they had a young Belgian Malinois,” Anderson said. “And they needed help with them.”…
