Advocates request harsher penalties following Horry County animal cruelty case

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Animal advocates are demanding stricter animal cruelty laws in South Carolina.

The demand follows a recent case of a man accused of dragging a dog by a leash behind an SUV in Horry County.
