MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Despite a cooler start, we’re giving you the FIRST ALERT to a mild Tuesday ahead of additional rain chances for the rest of this week.
TODAY
Temperatures are in the upper 40s inland and lower 50s near the beaches to begin the day. Despite the cooler start, a light jacket at best will be all you need for this morning.
We’ll expect to see more sunshine today with a few clouds arriving by the middle of the day as what’s left of that line of showers and storms to our west fizzles out. We’ve kept an isolated stray shower in the forecast for FAR inland areas, but expect to remain dry here along the beaches. Partly cloudy skies will dominate the forecast.
Highs today will reach the lower-middle 70s for any outdoor plans. Overall, it should be a nice Tuesday on tap…
