SCDOR arrests 2 Myrtle Beach residents for failing to file SC income tax returns

(WPDE) — Two people were arrested on Monday in unrelated cases because the the South Carolina Department of Revenue said they failed to file income tax returns.

Terrance Damien Carroll, 47, of Myrtle Beach, was charged with three counts of failure to pay taxes, file a return, or keep records, according to SCDOR. Jacqueline Brooke Duvall, 50, also of Myrtle Beach, was charged with two counts of failure to pay taxes, file a return or keep records and two counts of tax evasion.
