Oswego Approves Incentive Deal For Downtown Steak And Fish Restaurant

The Oswego Village Board approved an economic incentive agreement and loan agreement June 23 for Elwood Steak and Fish House, a full-service restaurant planned for 180 W. Washington St. in downtown Oswego.

Four Guys Kitchen Oswego LLC plans to build out the corner space at the Reserve at Hudson Crossing. Village officials said the space has been empty for years and described the restaurant as a long-awaited addition to the downtown area.

The project includes an estimated $905,000 build-out, plus about $100,000 for inventory and $149,000 for working capital, including training, marketing and payroll costs needed to open the restaurant.
