The Oswego Village Board approved a dormant special service area for the Sonoma Trails development June 23, while also restarting the process for two separate special service areas at Hudson Point.
The Sonoma Trails item returned after trustees tabled it June 9 and asked staff to review whether the development should have one special service area or separate areas. Staff said the review led to a broader discussion about how the village should handle dormant SSAs for future developments.
