During the overnight hours of Saturday morning, an out-of-control pickup truck plowed into a power line along Ingalls Avenue in Joliet. The car just avoided hitting a house.
The accident, which happened at 2:26 a.m. caused a power outage in the area of Ingalls Avenue and Essington Road.
