COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol arrested a man they say was the driver who fled the scene in a Collier County hit-and-run crash that injured a pedestrian on Wednesday.
According to FHP, Magnel Marc, 51, was driving an SUV when he hit a pedestrian on westbound 16th Avenue Southwest. The pedestrian, a 65-year-old man, sustained critical injuries in the crash and was transported to the hospital.
