NAPLES — A Punta Gorda man who has made a living of sorts videoing police and public official interactions is facing a criminal charge for making a video undercover police while in a private area.
Andrew Sheets, 61, was arrested in Naples at the PrideFest on Saturday and charged with recording and posting a video of people in a restroom.
