NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Metro Nashville Police Department said Homicide Unit detectives are now looking for a second suspect in a 2025 double murder Percy Priest Lake.
MNPD said Jose Miguel Guardado-Aguilar, 23, was named in a warrant charging him with two counts of criminal homicide.
The charges stem from the April 2025 fatal shootings of Amir Landan Wilkerson, 19, and Jaime Valdez-Garcia, 18, both of Alabaster, Alabama.
Wilkerson and Valdez-Garcia were found dead with multiple gunshot wounds between Lincoya Bay Apartments and Percy Priest Lake on April 28, 2025. Detectives said the teens traveled to Nashville together in Wilkerson’s car on Sunday, April 27.
MNPD said Guardado-Aguilar has known ties to multiple cities outside of Nashville, including Fort Smith, Arkansas, and the Alabama cities of Birmingham, Hoover and Alabaster…
