The case of a Joelton woman charged with statutory rape will now go before the Cheatham County grand jury.
Tuesday Rosemarie Dodson, 25, was arrested on Thursday, May 28 by the Ashland City Police Department. Dodson was reportedly arrested at a hotel in Ashland City for allegedly engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy and making threats against him. The ACPD would not comment on the matter because it involved a minor.
