HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The City of Hendersonville has filed a lawsuit for over half a million dollars against a developer and contractor, alleging they did not finish their work on a neighborhood development project.
A press release alleges that Eagle View, LLC and Siddharth Amin did not finish their work on “required public infrastructure improvements associated with the development projects” at the Eagle View Estates development located at 650 New Shackle Island Road.
In the lawsuit, the city asks a judge to grant it $610,000 in compensatory damages, as well as the daily civil penalties the developers incurred from allegedly violating Hendersonville Municipal Codes…
