A Spanish Colonial-style house on Audubon Place has gone viral on Zillow Gone Wild

A New Orleans home bringing Spanish Colonial Revival and Moorish vibes to Audubon Place was shared on the popular Zillow Gone Wild Instagram page last week.

The home at 27 Audubon Place is listed for sale for $5,995,000 by Gracie Hansel and Collette Stone of the Upperline Group. The over 7,000 square foot home was first built between 1927 and 1928 by the firm Weiss, Dreyfous & Seiferth.

It was deemed a historical landmark in 1979, according to documents on the City of New Orleans’ website…
