NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Kenner Police said urban exploring has led to several arrests since the Esplanade Mall closed in 2021 after Hurricane Ida.
Four people were recently arrested, and a 33-year-old Massachusetts man turned himself in on a warrant.
