NEW ORLEANS — Three weeks after a WWL Louisiana investigation highlighted tenuous conditions atop an Uptown church, New Orleans officials posted “UNSAFE” notices on the church’s main entrance and are preparing additional enforcement measures.
The bright yellow notices appeared Tuesday, warning that “USE OR OCCUPANCY IS PROHIBITED.”
