According to court documents, undercover agents posing as an underage female juvenile led Arnouville to believe he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl. Throughout the conversations, authorities say Arnouville attempted to confirm the minor’s age multiple times. Authorities also alleged that Arnouville stated he wished to meet the individual at a movie theater “to watch a movie and get to know her.”
On June 5, 2026, Arnouville allegedly made plans to meet the minor at a local movie theater in West Monroe, La. Later, during conversations with undercover agents, authorities say Arnouville admitted to attending the movie alone that evening but told agents via text message that he wished the minor had attended with him. According to authorities, he then described in explicit detail how he would have committed sexual acts with her. Court documents stated that Arnouville also wrote, “I’m glad you didn’t show tonight. I would have gotten myself in trouble.”
Over the next several days, Arnouville allegedly engaged in additional explicit sexual conversations with undercover agents and attempted to meet with the minor a second time. Officials say Arnouville once again arranged a meeting and stated in text messages that he wished to commit the same sexual acts he had previously discussed with undercover agents throughout the course of the conversations…
