The man arrested in connection with the killing of a woman found dead inside a Mid-City shotgun last week was the victim’s romantic partner, whom she had previously reported for domestic violence, according to arrest records.
Victor Fernandez, 36, was booked on a count of second-degree murder Tuesday in connection with the killing of 42-year-old Jessyca Gelpi.
