NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a suspect in connection with an aggravated assault with a firearm investigation.
Officers responded to a call of an aggravated assault in the 2100 block of Reverend John Raphael Jr. Way around 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 6.

When they arrived at the scene, they found two victims, a rideshare driver and a woman. According to the driver, the suspect allegedly approached him while he was parked in the area and pulled a gun on him, telling him to leave the area.
The woman reported that when the rideshare driver left, the suspect allegedly approached her and made unwanted advances. She fled into a home as he fired several shots at her, but she was not hit or injured, the NOPD said.
Officers said the man is described to be five-foot-three and may go by the nickname ‘Lil Youngin.’…
