The family of a teen who died inside Plaza Tower held a news conference Monday to announce that they plan on filing a lawsuit in connection with their son’s death.
Jacque St. Ann, 17, of Belle Chasse, died of blunt force injuries after falling from a staircase inside the blighted tower in the New Orleans Central Business District.
