KENNER, La. — The Kenner Police Department is warning residents about a phone scam involving callers falsely claiming to be Kenner Police Chief Keith Conley.
According to the department, multiple residents have reported receiving calls from people claiming they are “under federal investigation” and must send money, wire transfers, gift cards, or other forms of payment to avoid being arrested.
