KENNER, La. — A porch piracy investigation in Kenner has expanded into what police describe as a larger identity theft and fraud operation spanning multiple states.
According to the Kenner Police Department, the investigation began after a woman living at the Avant Garde Condos reported that medication delivered to her home had been stolen from her porch.
