Police say a man is dead after being run over by a garbage truck in Brooklyn on Wednesday.
Just before 5 a.m., police say a garbage truck was backing into a building on Stanley Avenue in East New York when it hit 54-year-old Franklin Torres, who was standing inside the building.
Investigators say Torres then fell, and the truck rolled over him before coming to a stop…
