YORKTOWN, Va. (WAVY) — The streets of Yorktown will be taken over by the Sail Yorktown Festival, a three-day event starting with their parade of sail Friday morning.
Ships were already docking at the piers Thursday for the parade along York River. Navy vessels are set to be joined by historic sailing ships, well more than a dozen in total, with each one having its own story.
