A motorcyclist was injured Wednesday night after fleeing a Virginia State Police traffic stop and crashing inside the Downtown Tunnel, according to authorities.
Around 9:10 p.m., a state trooper spotted a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed on Interstate 264 westbound near Witchduck Road and attempted a traffic stop.
