JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – A Williamsburg vendor lost the means through which he makes his living last Tuesday.
What started off as a normal workday for Robert Bernfeld quickly turned into a day he won’t forget. Now, more than a week later, burnt metal is all that’s left on the ground of this food lion parking lot on John Tyler Highway in James City County.
