Busch Gardens’ bald eagle to participate in Virginia’s 250th Celebration

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) – A bald eagle from Busch Gardens Williamsburg will be part of Virginia’s 250th Celebration in Colonial Williamsburg Saturday night.

The eagle, named Lincoln, will appear on stage with Senior Zoological Specialist Meleah Carter during the singing of the National Anthem to kick off the festivities.

According to Busch Gardens, Lincoln was rescued through the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey in Florida…
