NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — There is still a lot to clean up after Tuesday’s atypical downpour that flooded area streets and left a number of people with costly repair bills after their cars succumbed to the flooding, leaving local tow-truck companies and body shops swamped with customers.
Downtown Norfolk looked much different 24 hours ago, and while much of the water is gone, those in the tow truck and auto repair industries say there is still lots left for them to do.
