PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia ranks ninth among U.S. states in online cosmetic surgery search interest per capita, according to a study by Breast Reduction Surgeons of Long Island.
The study analyzed 300 cosmetic surgery keywords more than 12 months, evaluating search terms such as “cost of tummy tuck,” “blepharoplasty near me” and “rhinoplasty before and after.” Researchers ranked states based on average monthly search volume per 100,000 residents to determine where public interest in procedures is highest.
